A clear agreement for an early product.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wishline. By using the product or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree, do not use Wishline or submit information through its online services.

Wishline is a reflective planning and orientation tool. It connects identity, goals, actions, modes, and map position. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and its signals and cognitive-battery features are not diagnosis.

During early access, Wishline may change, contain defects, or remove experimental features. Back up important local data using the provided export tools.

A $99 one-time founding purchase for lifetime access to Wishline’s core product. The Founding Believer cohort is limited to the first 100 paid members. Existing $49 Believer purchases retain the same lifetime core product entitlement.

The license is paid per person and tied to the buyer email. Access can be restored on another device with the buyer email and a recovery code.

Lifetime access covers the core Wishline product included in the Believer License. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of Wishline’s core product, not the purchaser’s lifetime and not a promise that every current feature will remain unchanged.

AI credits, third-party usage costs, future add-ons, and team or enterprise features are not included. The current founding offer is $99; checkout displays the controlling price before payment.

AI features may require credits, usage limits, or separate paid fuel because they create third-party operating costs. A Believer License does not guarantee unlimited AI usage.

Wishline relies on providers including Google, Stripe, and Resend. Their availability, policies, and service interruptions can affect parts of Wishline.

Do not misuse Wishline, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected services, distribute malicious content, or use the product in violation of law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the content you submit, the decisions you make from product guidance, and maintaining local backups.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes or currency conversion may apply. Unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise, one-time license purchases are non-recurring.

For payment errors or refund requests, contact founding@wishline.app with the buyer email and receipt details. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Wishline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Wishline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of local data, missed opportunities, or decisions made from reflective guidance. Mandatory consumer protections still apply.

These terms may change as Wishline develops its account layer, synchronization, AI services, or commercial model. Material changes will be posted with a revised date.
